Rooted Soma Therapy Collective

Embodied Healing Toward Collective Liberation

For the battered, the wayward, and the weary; for those who were told they were "too much" or never enough.

You were never broken. We see you here, exactly as you are, and we can’t wait to walk you home.

Rooted is more than just stability; it is the courageous work of descending into the dark, fertile ground of all of our experiences, of who we were to discover who we can be. It is the necessary act of planting yourself so deeply that you can withstand any storm, knowing that true growth isn’t only what we see above the soil.

Soma refers to the “living, bodily being”—the dynamic, present-moment anchor of who we are. While the body holds profound wisdom and the keys to our healing, we recognize that it hasn't always been a safe harbor. For many, the body has been a site of pain, displacement, and systemic oppression. At Rooted Soma, we believe that returning home to the self is a fundamental human right. Reclaiming the capacity for joy, movement, and pleasure within your own skin is more than just "self-care"—it is the deepest form of resistance. We are here to help you find your way back.

As a Collective, we believe this journey is a shared one, not only for our clients but for our clinicians and counselors, too. We are a collective dedicated to embodied healing and collective liberation, and we believe that true well-being must be cultivated for everyone.

At Rooted Soma, our mission is to empower individuals, providers and communities through anti-oppressive, liberation-focused and embodied therapy. By centering your lived experience and your innate wisdom, we provide a foundation for deep-seated & integrative healing and growth. We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can find connection, liberation and authentic well-being.
